Refund and Cancellation Policy
Introduction
This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and cancellations are granted for consulting services provided by Grow Tourism (An initiative by S2Designs) (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”).
Cancellation by Client
If a client cancels a consulting engagement before the scheduled start date, the following refund policy will apply:
- Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled start date: 100% refund
- No cancellation is allowed for downloadable products such as e-Books / PDF’s
Cancellation by Grow Tourism
We reserve the right to cancel a consulting engagement under the following circumstances:
- Client fails to provide necessary information or materials.
- Client fails to make payments as agreed upon.
- Client engages in behavior that is disruptive or harmful to the consulting process.
In the event that we cancel a consulting engagement, we will provide the client with a full refund of any prepaid fees.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of the cancellation request.
Exceptions
We may, at our discretion, make exceptions to this Policy on a case-by-case basis.
